When it comes to neuromodulators, where the product is placed matters, but so does how it is prepared. At D-Lux Med Spa in Naples, our providers are trained in what we call the D-Lux Dilution Difference: customizing reconstitution and injection technique based on the anatomy and treatment goals of each area.
What does dilution mean with neuromodulators?
Neuromodulators supplied as a powder are reconstituted with sterile saline before injection. The chosen concentration and injection volume can influence how much solution is delivered at each injection point and the treatment’s intended distribution.
Rather than approaching every facial muscle exactly the same way, D-Lux providers consider the size, shape, location, and function of the targeted muscles when planning treatment.
Why would different muscles require different approaches?
Large, broad muscles often require a different injection strategy than small muscles where highly precise placement is important.
For wider, flatter treatment areas, such as the forehead, crow’s feet, and platysma, our providers may use a greater injection volume when appropriate to achieve the desired treatment pattern across the targeted muscle.
For smaller, more concentrated muscles, including the glabella, chin, and DAO, the muscles associated with pulling down the corners of the mouth, we may choose a more concentrated preparation and lower injection volume to support precise targeting.
Why does the D-Lux Dilution Difference matter?
Because your face isn’t one-size-fits-all and your injectable treatment shouldn’t be either.
All D-Lux providers are trained in this customized approach, combining detailed knowledge of facial anatomy with individualized assessment and precise injection techniques.
At D-Lux Med Spa in Naples, our goal isn’t simply to inject a neuromodulator. It’s to understand the muscles we’re treating and develop a thoughtful plan designed specifically for your facial anatomy, movement, and aesthetic goals.
That’s the D-Lux Dilution Difference.
