How Should You Prepare for a Florida Wedding With Aesthetic Treatments?

Whether you’re the bride, mother of the bride, or preparing for a wedding weekend, the goal is to look refreshed, confident and still like yourself. The key? Don’t wait until wedding month to start.

At D-Lux Medspa in Naples, we recommend working backward from the wedding date so each treatment has time to do its job, and your skin has time to respond.

What Should I Do Four Months Before the Wedding?

Four months out is the time to establish your treatment plan. Depending on your consultation and individual needs, this may include neurotoxin, BBL, filler or Sculptra, along with incorporating medical-grade skincare into your daily routine.

Starting early is especially important for treatments like Sculptra, which are designed to support gradual collagen production rather than create an overnight result.

What Should I Schedule Three Months Before?

At the three-month mark, your plan may include another BBL treatment and microneedling to continue addressing concerns such as pigmentation, texture and overall skin quality.

Your medical-grade skincare routine should also be consistent by this point. Think of professional treatments and at-home skincare as a team—the daily work matters.

What Happens Six Weeks Before the Wedding?

Six weeks out, your provider may recommend BBL, neurotoxin and microneedling, depending on your skin, previous treatments and wedding goals.

This timing gives your skin and neurotoxin results time to settle before the big day. It’s also why we don’t recommend experimenting with brand-new treatments during wedding week.

What Should I Do Two Weeks Before?

Now we shift from correction to the final glow.

Around two weeks before the wedding, schedule a facial designed around your skin’s needs. Continue your medical-grade skincare, stay hydrated and follow your provider’s recommendations. This is not the time to suddenly overhaul your routine.

Does Florida Sun Exposure Affect My Wedding Treatment Timeline?

Absolutely. Southwest Florida sun exposure matters when planning BBL, microneedling and other aesthetic treatments. Tell your provider about beach days, boating, outdoor events and travel so your treatment schedule can be adjusted appropriately.

At D-Lux Medspa in Naples, wedding prep begins with a personalized consultation. Your timeline may look different based on your skin, goals and treatment history, but starting months ahead gives us the opportunity to create a thoughtful plan designed to have you glowing when it matters most.
