Dana has been a certified physician assistant for over 30 years, practicing exclusively in aesthetic medicine since 2009. Mitch has practiced as a board certified physician for 35 years.
Together they started D-Lux Medspa in 2017. They wish to provide concierge type individualized aesthetic care focusing on natural looking results.
Dana is a NCCPA certified Physician Assistant with specialized training, certification (Sciton and Galderma GAIN TRAINER) and experience in facial sculpting with soft tissue fillers, neurotoxins and multiple laser rejuvenation treatments. Dana graduated from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences PA program over 24 years ago and has worked in multiple medical fields including surgery, dermatology and critical care. She has been practicing exclusively in aesthetic medicine since 2009 and has extensive training with renowned plastic surgeons. Dana is passionate about aesthetics and achieving natural looking beautiful results.
Mitch is a board-certified physician in anesthesiology and aesthetic medicine. After completing medical school at George Washington University, he did his internship at Lenox Hill Hospital (NY), and his residency at George Washington University Hospital (Washington, DC). He practiced in the Maryland/Washington DC area for 13 years before moving to Naples with his family in 1999. Dr. Zeitler has been practicing at the same hospital, first as Cleveland Clinic and presently as Physicians Regional for the past in 17 years.
Together in 2017 they started D-Lux Medspa, an aesthetic beauty boutique specialized in the art of injectables and healthy skin for life.
Dr Zeitler serves as co-owner and medical director of D-Lux Medspa.
Dr. Scheiner is a board-certified physician, a native of SW Florida, raised in Ft Myers. She completed her internship in surgical urology and residency in Family Medicine. She has been personally trained by Dana as well as attended in depth aesthetics training with top industry leaders Dr Arthur Swift and Chris Surek.
She shares our passion for safety and our philosophy for using aesthetic treatments to help patients maintain and enhance their natural beauty!
Daniella is an NCCPA board-certified physician assistant with a background in nursing and over two years of experience at D-Lux Medspa. A Naples, Florida native, Daniella graduated from Gannon University’s Physician Assistant Program in 2024 and specializes in advanced aesthetic medicine, which prioritizes patient safety and natural results.
Daniella is deeply committed to enhancing each patient’s well-being by blending medical knowledge with an artistic eye. She has earned an advanced Ultrasound POCUS certification, a significant accomplishment that reflects her dedication to clinical excellence and advanced aesthetic safety. She also completed her research thesis on vascular occlusion, further strengthening her expertise in one of the most important safety topics in aesthetic medicine.
Daniella continues to expand her expertise through advanced training, including multiple cadaver courses, laser certifications and preceptorships with national aesthetic industry leaders. She is passionate about aesthetics and is proud to contribute to the health, confidence, and beauty of the Southwest Florida community and beyond!
Liya Piskun is an NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant with a passion for aesthetic medicine and a strong foundation in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Before becoming a PA, she spent several years working alongside dermatology providers, gaining extensive experience in patient care, skincare education, laser treatments, cosmetic procedures, microneedling, PRP, biopsies, excisions, and Mohs surgery.
Liya earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Atlanta and has trained closely under Dana Zeitler, PA-C, in D-Lux Medspa’s signature approach to safe, personalized, and natural-looking aesthetic care. She is passionate about creating customized treatment plans that enhance each patient’s natural beauty while helping them feel refreshed, confident, and well cared for.
Dedicated to continuing education and advanced training, Liya strives to provide the highest standard of care while staying current with the latest techniques in aesthetic medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, hot Pilates, and exploring the shops and local favorites around Naples.

Sophia Dominguez is a cheerful and detail-oriented Front Desk Clinical Coordinator who brings warmth and efficiency to every patient interaction. Currently pursuing her degree at Florida Gulf Coast University, she combines strong organizational skills with a genuine passion for customer service. Her background in data entry and hospitality allows her to manage scheduling, patient communication, and front desk operations with accuracy and professionalism. Sophia’s positive attitude and team-first mindset help create a welcoming, seamless experience for both patients and staff.
Hannah is a Licensed Esthetician, Brow Artist, and Medical Assistant specializing in clean, natural-looking brows customized to each client’s unique features. With over 18 months as D-Lux Medspa’s Clinical Coordinator, she has expertise that extends beyond aesthetics to exceptional clinical care—where precision, safety, and attention to detail guide every service. Hannah is deeply committed to providing an elevated, thoughtful experience, ensuring each client feels genuinely cared for, confident, and beautifully supported.
Jordan is another Naples, Florida homegrown! She comes to us with over 8 years of experience, previously specializing in vascular care. Jordan is also a busy mom of THREE boys, who finds her role of MOM as a source of inspiration and joy that fuels her commitment to making a positive impact professionally.
Alexis is a Naples Florida native who graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2019. Alexis brings her organizational skills along with her experience in the field of aesthetic management. When she’s not busy getting things ship-shape at DLux, you’ll find her soaking up the sun at the beach, enjoying boat trips, traveling and spending quality time with her adorable son Landon and two furry companions, Beau and Riley.
